Returns and Repairs

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority! We will gladly take exchanges of stock pieces up to 14 days after receiving your purchase. Due to their unique nature, all sales are final on custom stamped orders.

If you decide to return your item, please email us at christy@robinsonlane.com. Include a note with your shipment that describes what you’d like to do and your contact information. It’s suggested that you make the return with delivery confirmation or tracking – Robinson Lane is not responsible for lost packages.

If you have any problems with your jewelry within 6 months of purchase, we will fix it free of charge. After that we offer discounted repair or replacement services. We stand behind our jewelry and it should last a long time (even with normal wear and tear).
